Celebrate with us! The Greater Elkton Area Toastmasters Club (GREAT) and the Board of Directors of the Cecil County Chamber of Commerce are pleased to announce a new agreement for the mutual benefit of their respective members and for the overall good of the community.
The aim of this new agreement will be to support the work of the two organizations, operate in the spirit of collaboration and partnership, and strengthen the combined impact of Toastmasters and the Chamber in our community.
A ribbon cutting and public celebration of the new alliance will take place at the Cecil County Chamber office on Thursday, May 30, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and the ribbon cutting will take place at approximately 6:00 PM. The celebration will be followed by the regular semi-monthly meeting of the Toastmasters Club.
Elected officials, local business representatives, potential Toastmasters, and the general public are invited to enjoy refreshments and conversation while learning more about Toastmasters and what it can do to help individuals become dynamic speakers and leaders. The Cecil County Chamber will promote these benefits as part of their educational offerings.
