              West Cecil Health Center|Perryville Invites Business, Government and Academic Leaders to Celebrate Opening of Its New Dental Clinic

              The Cecil County Chamber will join West Cecil Health Center, Inc and the University of Maryland School of Dentistry on Tuesday, September 26 for a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to celebrate the opening of the West Cecil Health Center’s new Dental Clinic at 4863 Pulaski Highway in Perryville. The ceremony will begin at 10:00 a.m. and will be followed with light refreshments and tours. Elected officials, local business representatives, and the general public are invited.

              The line-up of presenters includes: John Ness, President & CEO, West Cecil Health Center, Inc.; Jinlene Chan, MD, Acting Deputy Secretary, Public Health Services, Maryland Department of Health; Barry Glassman, Harford County Executive; Alan McCarthy, DVM, Cecil County Executive; Jay A. Perman, MD, President of the University of Maryland, Baltimore; Mark A. Reynolds, DDS, PhD, Dean and Professor, University of Maryland School of Dentistry; Richard Szumel, MD, President & CEO, Union Hospital; and Mark Luckner, Executive Director, Maryland Community Health Resources Commission.
