Arc Northern Chesapeake Region, The

The Arc Northern Chesapeake Region (The Arc NCR) supports people in Cecil and Harford Counties with differing abilities to create lives that mirror yours and mine: assisting individuals to live, learn, work, and participate in their communities independently. We are a private, non-profit local chapter of The Arc Maryland and The Arc of the United States, the largest national community-based organization devoted exclusively to improving the quality of life for all adults and children with developmental disabilities.

Our services include: Supported Living, Individual Support Services, Services for Transitioning Youth, Supported Employment, Community Partners, Family Support Services and Treatment Foster Care.
