Sonetta Community Market at Hunter's
- RETAIL STORES
- TOURIST ATTRACTIONS
Nick & Sue Thrappas are the proud new owners of Sonetta Community Market at Hunters! Mr. Hunter owned Hunters Sale Barn for 44 years before deciding to sell and retire.
We are keeping Mr. Hunter's legacy of the outdoor flea market. However, we are rebranding it as a community market, and adding several new features. The Market Building has a variety of items, such as appliances, furniture, name-brand home goods, clothes, shoes, art, antiques, collectibles and more. As we move forward, our vision is to also carry locally produced items from farmers, artisans/crafters, etc. The market building will also house our Sonetta Tool Supply, as well as quality consignments. Historically, Hunters was a well-known and established auction facility, and we plan to continue with that tradition. We're also planning to add a local farmers market and garden center.
Please follow us on Facebook to keep informed of our progress. Our website is currently under development. Our inventory changes frequently, and we are always searching for unique pieces to sell.
Fun fact! The word Sonetta is a combination of our two daughters names, SOphiA and anNETTe.
Nick is a U.S. Air Force vet, and we extend a special welcome to all veterans and first responders!
