Information: The Cecil County Drug and Alcohol Abuse Council identifies priorities and strategies to meet the evaluation, prevention and treatment needs of our community. Members include representatives from local government, local and regional prevention and treatment providers, social services, law enforcement, criminal justice organizations, the faith community, the recovery community, the Health Department, and concerned citizens.
The council meeting is open to the public. Access is provided for people with disabilities. Interpreting services are available with advance notice.
