APGFCU to Extend Reach in Cecil County with New Rising Sun Branch
EDGEWOOD, Md., August 29, 2019 – APG Federal Credit Union (APGFCU) will open its 15th branch in early 2020. The new branch will be located in the Rising Sun Towne Center, located on E. Main St. (Route 273) in Rising Sun, Md.
This will be APGFCU’s fifth branch in Cecil County, Md., and will provide members and residents who live in the western half of the county with a more convenient location. It will be the third Cecil County branch to open in less than two years. The Chesapeake City branch opened in May 2018 and the Cecil College branch opened in June 2018. Other APGFCU Cecil County locations are in Elkton and North East, as well as a loan center, which is located across the street from the future new Rising Sun branch. When the new full-service branch opens, it will replace the loan center, providing members access to all of the credit union’s services.
