Phil Romm Consulting welcomes Alexis Griffin to our team.  She joined Phil Romm Consulting in early April and is excited to  work closely with organizations to meet their human capital needs. Alexis resides in Harford County where her family has lived for years. She is an avid sports fan and frequently enjoys kayaking.
