This talk focuses on drinks such as cider, perry, beer, Sampson, whiskey, brandy, punch, toddy, shrub, and bounce, among other curious historic spirited drinks. Attendees must be at least 21 years old to try samples. Foods are prepared where potential allergens, such as wheat, gluten, soy,, peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, and many other food products are processed.
