              Chef Kelly Benson, from The Port House Grill, will teach the Cecil County Arts Councils Annual Art of Cooking Class. He will share cooking tips and tricks while preparing a 3-course meal, with wine pairings. Dietary restrictions will be honored and no prior cooking experience is required (participation is not mandatory).
