The dinner is a celebration of locally sourced, fresh, farm-to-table delicacies, and the agriculture community who yields them. The 7-course feast will feature succulent dishes prepared from crops harvested at local farms including Calvert Farms, Flying Plow Farm, Milburn Orchards, Priapi Gardens, Rumbleway Farms and Stafford Angus. There will also be a cash bar with happy hour special pricing on all Cecil County craft beverages available. The event, a collaborative planning effort by the Cecil County Office of Economic Development and the University of Maryland Extension, begins at 6:30 p.m. at the Chesapeake Inn in Chesapeake City, MD.
