The Cecil County Chamber of Commerce and the Cecil County Arts Council is excited to host the 2nd Annual Wonderland of Wreaths.  Businesses, nonprofits, churches, local governments, families, individuals, artists, community supporters...EVERYONE! ... is invited to create a customized wreath to be auctioned off.  Bidding will take place during the public viewing dates and times.  See pictures below from last year!
